Delivery Policy

Delivery is considered case by case. A request is not a confirmation.

Coverage

City choices on the delivery form record your destination. They do not guarantee that delivery is possible there.

Required checks

Before delivery is confirmed, an administrator must verify legal requirements and permits, the animal's health documentation, its age and suitability to travel, and suitable transport.

Heat and distress

Animals must travel in temperature-controlled conditions. Journeys may be moved to cooler hours, postponed or declined to protect the animal.

Costs and timing

Any cost or timing is communicated only after the checks above, and only for that specific journey.

Collection

Where a listing shows collection, it may be arranged directly once details are confirmed.
