Najd Paws does not take payments through this website, so no online refunds are processed here.

Before any arrangement

Refund and cancellation terms for a specific animal will be set out in writing before any payment is agreed. Do not make a payment without them.

Enquiries

You may withdraw an enquiry at any time by letting us know. There is no cost to enquiring.

Welfare first

If an arrangement cannot proceed safely, for example because of heat or documentation, it will be postponed or cancelled.
