Keep copies of examinations, vaccination records, parasite treatments and identification details together. Read what each document actually covers and the date it was issued. A general examination is different from a genetic test or screening of the parents. Request clarification of missing details from the issuing veterinary practice and arrange your own veterinary assessment.
